membership Dues
Membership Dues for Phi Delta Theta ​can be paid semesterly, annually, or by setting up a payment plan. Please note that this amount varies by grade. These fees include the following:

Weekly Meal Plan (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday)

Free Tutoring Sessions with groups of three or more
-
Social Events (Sorority Swaps in the Fall, Formals and Date Parties throughout the year)

By achieving a certain GPA each semester (not cumulative), members will receive the following discounts:

4.0 = ​$250.00 off

​3.7+ = $200.00 off

3.5+ = $150.00 off

Typically, 56 members of the Sophomore Pledge Class live in the Phi Delt House each year. Some of the amenities are included below:

Holidays, Move In & Out Dates:
The House periodically closes for major holidays and summer break, and those members living in the house will not be allowed in during these times. They are as follows:

Thanksgiving - House will close on the first Saturday, of Thanksgiving Break and reopen the following Sunday.

Christmas - House will close on the first Saturday of Christmas Break and reopen the Sunday before classes resume in January.

Spring Break - House will close on the first Saturday of Spring Break and reopen the Sunday before classes resume.

Summer - The House will close and Final Move-Out will be the first Saturday of Summer Break.
