FINANCIAL INFORMATION
membership Dues
Membership Dues for Phi Delta Theta can be paid semesterly, annually, or by setting up a payment plan. Dues per semester are approximately $2,900. Please note that this amount varies by grade. These fees include the following:

Weekly Meal Plan (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday)

Free Tutoring Sessions
-
Social Events (Sorority Swaps in the Fall, Formals and Date Parties throughout the year)

By achieving a certain GPA each semester (not cumulative), members will receive the following discounts:

4.0 = $200.00 off
-
3.7+ = $150.00 off
-
3.5+ = $100.00 off
-
3.0+ = $50.00 off

living in the chapter house
Typically, 22 members of the Sophomore Pledge Class live in the Phi Delt House each year. The rent per room is $2,800 per semester (plus a one-time $500 occupancy deposit to be paid in the Fall). With rising rental rates in Oxford, the Phi Delt House provides a modest rental fee and the convenience of living on-campus. Some of the amenities are included below:

Private bathrooms as opposed to the traditional communal bathrooms in other fraternities

Designated campus parking spots for fraternity houses

3 sets of washers & dryers in laundry room

Built-in closets and study desks in each room

Outdoor patio with grilling equipment
Holidays, Move In & Out Dates:
The House periodically closes for major holidays and summer break, and those members living in the house will not be allowed in during these times. They are as follows:

Thanksgiving - House will close on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Noon and reopen November 25 at Noon.

Christmas - House will close on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Noon and reopen January 20, 2024 at Noon.

Spring Break - House will close on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Noon and reopen March 16 at Noon.

Summer - The House will close and Final Move-Out will be Saturday, May 11, 2024 until Noon.
