Jana McNair was hired as the House Director for Mississippi Alpha at the University of Mississippi effective July 1, 2022. Before assuming the role as House Director for Phi Delt, Jana served as the House Director for the Delta Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Mississippi State University from June 2019 until 2022. She previously served as the House Director for the Delta Omega Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority at Mississippi State University from September 2018 until June 2019. She retired from Carroll, Warren and Parker PLLC in Jackson in September 2018.

Jana is passionate about and committed to helping people or all ages and backgrounds.

She hopes to instill purpose and integrity as well as foster an environment of love and support to all students. She is a lifelong resident of Mississippi. Her daughter, Mary Burnette, and two granddaughters, Harley and Skyler, live in Jackson. Wells United Methodist Church remains her home church where she became a member in 2002. She enjoys traveling, gardening, history and cheering for the Ole Miss Rebels. Hotty Toddy!
